Refund and Return Policy

This Refund and Return Policy applies to all women's jeans, jackets, and T-shirts purchased from the Track23 online store and physical boutiques. By placing an order, you agree to the return and refund terms outlined below.

1. Return Period

You may submit a return request within 30 business days of the order delivery date. Requests submitted after this period will not be accepted.

2. Condition of Returned Items

All returned garments (jeans, jackets, T-shirts) must be unworn, unwashed, and unaltered, and free from stains, odors, pet hair, or damage. All original tags must remain intact and attached to the items. We reserve the right to refuse returns if items show signs of wear, washing, or alteration. Proof of purchase or order confirmation is required for all return requests.

3. Final Sale Items

Items marked as "Final Sale" or promotional clearance garments are not eligible for return, exchange, or refund unless they are defective or damaged upon delivery.

4. How to Initiate a Return

To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team via email or phone. Please provide your order number and details regarding the item(s) you wish to return. Once your request is approved, we will send you return instructions and a Return Authorization Number. Items returned without prior authorization will not be processed.

5. Refund Processing

Once we receive, inspect, and approve your returned items, the refund will be processed within 10 business days and credited back to your original payment method.

6. Exchanges

Exchanges are subject to stock availability. If your desired size or style is out of stock, we will process a refund instead.

7. Damaged or Defective Items

If your jeans, jacket, or T-shirt arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery and provide photos of the item and its packaging. We will provide you with an exchange or a full refund at no extra cost.
